This policy explains our terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of order delivery, provided the outfit is:

• 🧵 Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• 📦 In its original packaging with all tags intact
• ✨ Free from any damage, perfume, stains, or alterations

Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and quality assurance, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:

• 🎯 Customized or made-to-order outfits
• 💸 Sale or discounted items
• 👜 Accessories and intimate wear

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within the return period. Our team will guide you through the process and share the return shipping details. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your outfit for a different size, color, or design, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is approved and received, you can place a new order for your preferred item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In case of receiving a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly attach clear photos of the issue, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
