At RT Ladies Couture, we aim to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Our 7-Day Exchange Policy allows you to conveniently exchange your order if the size, design, or style does not meet your expectations.

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your parcel, provided that:

• 🧵 The outfit is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• 📦 It remains in its original packaging with all tags intact
• ✨ There are no alterations, stains, or signs of damage

Any item failing to meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items cannot be exchanged. These include:

• 🎯 Customized or made-to-order outfits
• 💸 Sale or discounted products
• 👜 Accessories and nightwear

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team through WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Our representative will verify your request, check product availability, and guide you through the exchange procedure. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Processing Time

Once your exchange request is approved and the outfit is received back, your replacement item will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to the availability of the requested size or design.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
